The eye should be 5 – 15 degrees to the center of the TV as well. 2. Tape wall and locate the center of the TV and studs. 3. Run new electrical for outlet and different type of wall plates for audio visual cables. Your preference. 4. Sit down and watch TV. The other face plate is a flexible hose that connects the bottom plate to the top plate.
